NextBatch works out what your booked runs consume from their recipes, nets that against stock already at the manufacturer, adds the overage you set per ingredient, and groups the result by supplier.
What comes out is one purchase order per supplier rather than one per run, which is usually a materially better price and always less freight. You can review and adjust every line before anything is sent.
Ingredients not yet linked to a supplier are reported rather than silently dropped, because a missing supplier is the difference between a complete order and a run that stops halfway.
