Priced on how much you make. Nothing else.
One thing decides your price: how many production runs you book in a year. Not how many people log in, not how many products you list, not how many brands you own — all of those are unlimited.

A brand on Production runs about fifteen batches a year. At 15,000 units a batch that is six figures of production spend — Production is under 0.3% of it. The tool does not have to prevent many late deliveries to have paid for itself.
Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of any sales tax or VAT. Yearly billing is charged once, up front. Going over your run allowance never blocks a booking — you are told at the time and moved up from the next billing cycle. You can change plans whenever you like and we prorate the difference: no upgrade calls, no minimum term.
What counts, and what does not
Counts
- Production runs per year — one booked run at a manufacturer, whatever its size. That is the only thing on the meter.
Going over never blocks a booking. You are told at the time and move up from the next cycle.
Never counts
- Brands — unlimited on every paid plan
- Products and SKUs — add your whole catalogue, always
- People on your team — invite everyone
- Your manufacturers — unlimited, and free to them
- Recipes, suppliers, purchase orders
- Storage, batch records, photos, history
Free to work. Paid to be found.
Everything you need to make product for the brands you already work with is free and always will be. What you can buy is demand — appearing in front of brands who are looking for a site like yours right now.

If a brand finds you through our directory and goes on to book a run with you, there is a one-off $500 fee. Only on success — a lead that never books costs you nothing. Charged once per brand, never per run, and never on a brand you already worked with or invited yourself. If you have a directory listing, it comes off that first.
Bring a brand onto NextBatch and you take 20% of what they pay, every month, for as long as you are both here. Referrals offset a directory listing before anything is paid out.
Everything operational is free and stays free. The listing is about placement, and it is optional — if you would rather pay nothing until it works, do not buy it: a brand who finds you through the free listing and books a run is a flat $500 on success, and a lead that never converts costs you nothing either way. Brands you invite yourself are free, always, and earn you 20% of what they pay.
Pricing questions
Why is it priced on runs rather than on products or users?
Because a good pricing metric is driven by your business, not by how you use the software. Nobody skips a production run to save a subscription fee — runs happen because demand happens. Charging per product would do the opposite: you would add three SKUs instead of your whole catalogue, which makes your forecast incomplete and your bulk ordering useless. We would be taxing the setup that makes the product work. Same reasoning for users.
What counts as a run?
One booked production run at a manufacturer, whatever its size. Booking twenty-four thousand units in one go is one run; the same volume split across three slots is three. Cancelled runs do not count, and neither does rescheduling one you already booked.
What happens if I go over my run allowance?
The run gets booked. You are told at the time that it takes you over, and you move up a tier from the next billing cycle. We never block a booking — blocking the core action at the moment you need it is the worst thing a production tool can do, and it is the difference between usage-based pricing and a paywall.
Do I pay more for more brands?
No. Brands are unlimited on every paid plan. If you run a house of brands, what you pay is decided by how much you actually make across all of them, not by how many logos you own. Only the free plan is limited to one brand.
Do you charge per user?
No, and we do not intend to. Per-seat pricing makes brands ration logins, which means the person who actually knows what happened on the line is the one who cannot record it. That breaks the product to make the invoice bigger. Invite your whole team, and your manufacturer’s whole team, on every plan including the free one.
Why is my contract manufacturer free?
Because the planning problem is yours, not theirs. They already have a system that works for them; what goes wrong is that the two of you keep two copies of the same plan. Charging them to receive your purchase order would put a bill in front of your onboarding at the worst possible moment, and mean fewer sites join — which makes the product worse for you. Everything operational is free to them, forever. Separately, a manufacturer can pay to be found by new brands through the directory. That is a marketing product and has nothing to do with working with you.
My runs are seasonal. Does that work?
Yes. The allowance is annual, not monthly, precisely because production is lumpy. Eight runs in March and nothing until September is normal, and it sits comfortably inside a twenty-four-run plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and it is 20% cheaper — $159/month on Production instead of $199, $359 instead of $449 on Growth, $799 instead of $999 on Scale. Charged once, up front. There is no minimum term on monthly.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in the app, without talking to anyone. We prorate the difference. Downgrading keeps all your data — you simply return to the limits of the lower plan.
Is there anything for me to pay beyond the subscription?
No. Onboarding and data migration are included on Scale rather than billed separately, and finding you a co-manufacturer through our directory costs you nothing. Where there is a fee for that, the manufacturer pays it — they are the one gaining a customer worth tens of thousands a year, and you are already paying us.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You drop to read-only on planning and keep full access to every historical record — batch sheets, lot numbers, photos, costs. You can open, export and print all of it. We do not delete data for non-payment and we do not hold it hostage.
