Matching is by SKU code. Anything that does not match is reported rather than silently dropped, so a renamed SKU surfaces as a question instead of a hole in your forecast.

Channels Woo cannot see can be entered by hand and are never overwritten by a sync.
What it actually does
- Pulls units sold per SKU for the trailing period.
- Turns that into a sales velocity per product — units per day.
- Divides your stock on hand by it to give days of cover.
- Compares that to your lead time, and tells you when a run is already late.
That last step is the whole reason for the integration. A forecast that is not measured against how long a run actually takes you is a chart, not a decision.
