Integration

WooCommerce + NextBatch

The same read-only sell-through sync for WooCommerce stores, through the standard Woo authorisation flow.

Connect your store

Standard Woo auth

You enter your store URL, approve the connection on your own site, and Woo hands back credentials. No plugin to install and no admin password shared with us.

Read-only, always

We read orders and products. Nothing is written back to your store, ever.

You pick the SKUs

Matching is by SKU code. Anything that does not match is reported rather than silently dropped, so a renamed SKU surfaces as a question instead of a hole in your forecast.

Manual entry still works

Channels Woo cannot see can be entered by hand and are never overwritten by a sync.

What it actually does

  1. Pulls units sold per SKU for the trailing period.
  2. Turns that into a sales velocity per product — units per day.
  3. Divides your stock on hand by it to give days of cover.
  4. Compares that to your lead time, and tells you when a run is already late.

That last step is the whole reason for the integration. A forecast that is not measured against how long a run actually takes you is a chart, not a decision.

Your next batch is already being planned. Somewhere.

Better that it happens in one place both of you can see. Free to start, and free forever for your co-manufacturer.

No card. Set up your first product in about ten minutes.
