Free. Genuinely, permanently free.
The brands you make for pay for NextBatch. You do not, on any plan, ever. You get a login, a calendar across every brand you produce for, and screens built for a factory rather than an office.
One calendar, every brand
All the brands you make for on a single schedule, with your changeover rules and tank availability built in. Not five spreadsheets emailed at you.
Brands book what is actually free
They see your real availability, so the slot they ask for is one you can actually run. No more quoting a date you already gave away.
Your rate card, your bands
You set your tolling rates and the volume bands they break at. Brands see them when they book. They cannot change them.
Goods in, settled on the day
Weigh a delivery against what was ordered, photograph it, and both companies shake on the number. A short delivery is a conversation on Monday, not a dispute in six weeks.
Floor mode
A tablet screen for the people on the line: one job, three buttons, big targets. They record checks and scrap where they stand. They never see an office screen.
Certifications in one place
SQF, organic, insurance — uploaded once with expiry dates, visible to the brands considering you. We warn you sixty days before anything lapses.
Why would it be free?
Because the problem NextBatch solves is not yours. You already have a system that works for your floor. What goes wrong between you and a brand is that the two of you keep two copies of the same plan, and the brand is the one who bleeds when those copies drift — a stockout, a rush freight bill, a cost per unit that turns out to be fiction.
So the brand pays. Charging you to receive their purchase order would mean fewer sites join, which makes the product worse for exactly the brands paying for it — and it would put a bill in front of their onboarding, at the worst possible moment. There is no seat count here and no per-brand fee. However many brands invite you, it stays free.
What you get out of it is a brand who stops emailing to ask where their run is, because they can already see.
Bring a brand, take 20% of what they pay
Every month, for as long as you are both here. You already know brands running their production out of a spreadsheet, and a recommendation from the people who actually make their product carries more weight than anything we could say — so we would rather pay you a share of it than spend the same money advertising to strangers.
A brand on Production is $39.80 a month to you, and it goes up if they upgrade. There is no cap.
How the referral programme worksSo what would we ever charge you for?
One thing, and only when you want it: being found. Brands searching for a site that runs what you run will land on our directory. A verified profile there, with your real open capacity and your certifications shown as facts rather than claims, is a marketing product — and it is separate from everything above. Filling a slot pays for it many times over, which is the only reason we are comfortable charging for it.
You can pay nothing until it actually works. A brand who finds you through your free listing and goes on to book a run is a flat $500 on success — once per brand, never per run, and never on a brand you already worked with. A lead that never converts costs you nothing.
Nothing you already use becomes paid. The free tier is not a trial and does not shrink. See the directory or the manufacturer pricing.
Roles that match how a site is actually staffed
Smaller sites do not have one person per job. Roles stack, and where someone lands follows from what they do rather than a separate setting.
Tick more than one. Someone who does goods-in and quality gets both, and because quality is not a floor-only job they land in the full view rather than Floor mode.
Guides for the plant, not the brand
Capacity, tolling rates, changeover, winning work, staying audit-ready. 11 of them, and none of them explain what a changeover is.
