Integration

Shopify + NextBatch

Your Shopify sell-through becomes your production forecast. Read-only, and you choose which products count.

Connect your store

Read-only, always

We pull orders and products. Nothing is ever written back to your store — no inventory sync, no order edits, no way for us to break your storefront.

You pick the SKUs

Bundles, multipacks and merch double-count against the singles inside them. Most brands track singles only, and choosing that up front turns a data problem into a two-minute decision.

Collections stay yours

We import the product list, not the merchandising. How you group products for production is rarely how you group them for a storefront, so collections are created in NextBatch.

Manual entry still works

Synced and hand-entered velocity coexist by design. If you sell through channels Shopify cannot see — wholesale, Amazon, a farmers market — enter those alongside and a sync will never wipe them.

What it actually does

  1. Pulls units sold per SKU for the trailing period.
  2. Turns that into a sales velocity per product — units per day.
  3. Divides your stock on hand by it to give days of cover.
  4. Compares that to your lead time, and tells you when a run is already late.

That last step is the whole reason for the integration. A forecast that is not measured against how long a run actually takes you is a chart, not a decision.

Your next batch is already being planned. Somewhere.

Better that it happens in one place both of you can see. Free to start, and free forever for your co-manufacturer.

No card. Set up your first product in about ten minutes.
