A batch sheet the floor can actually sign

The document that turns a recipe into a run, and the run into a record an auditor will accept.

A batch sheet does two jobs and most templates only do the first. It tells the floor what to weigh, in what order, and what to check. It is also the legal record of what actually happened, which is what somebody reads during a recall or an audit.

That second job is why every ingredient line has a space for the supplier lot number next to the quantity. Recording the lot at the moment the ingredient is weighed is the difference between a trace you can demonstrate in an hour and one you reconstruct from memory under pressure.

The quantities here are per batch, not per litre. Convert your recipe once, for the batch size actually being run, and put the result on the sheet — do not ask the person at the scale to do arithmetic.
